Where or how can I conduct a free people search online?
My brother is 21 years old and I haven't heard from him in 3 months. I am worried something could be wrong. I've tried calling him and his number has been changed. Is it possible that I can call cell phone companies and ask them whether they have a client by my brothers name----so I could possibly get a contact number to reach him at?

- no emails? how about tracing his po-box, his bank account number or his soscial security number. I doubt if the phone clients can do anything. I prefer u Identify urself very well to the states security officer (SSO)of his country, be very careful with the information u give, u could declear state of emergency just to make it look very serious. U can give the best information as best as u have and his pics if necessary to the SSO. The earlier the better. He might be having the same difficulties as well, and mught have lost all ur contacts. He might have plans of moving else where and this will WORSEN THE SITUATION. Think fast.
- Try yahoo people search.. Also, you can look in public records. If he is a nurse or another type of liscensed professional.. There are websites that will pull up his liscense free of charge. This may give you an idea the area he is living in. Also, Go to the county auditor page for the county that he may be living in.. Try several different ones.. If he is owning a home, it will have his name and address right there. Call 411 and you can also see if he has a listed number.. You can check different clerk of courts websites. Try different cities you think he may be living in. ANd the county clerk of court sites as well. This is also free public record. If he has had a traffic ticket or anything.. It will be listed there.
